Login and email verification problems

Start with the email address you used for your Liberio account.

Verification email did not arrive

Check your spam or junk folder and make sure the address is correct. If you just signed up, wait briefly before trying again. A sign-up link may expire; use the sign-up flow to request a fresh one if that option is offered.

Cannot sign in

Use Forgot password on the login page if you need to reset your password. If access still fails, contact [email protected] and include the email address associated with the account, but never send your password.
