The CRM workspace brings together inquiries, customers, shoots, forms, calendar work, and conversations. What appears in navigation depends on your access.

Choose the right record

  • Use Leads for new inquiries.
  • Use Customers for established client contact records.
  • Use Shoots to plan photography work.
  • Use Forms to gather information.

Your client delivery lives in Galleries, outside the CRM list views.
