How gallery access and privacy work

A client-facing gallery link grants access according to the settings on that gallery. Treat it as a link intended for the recipient, not as a public announcement.

Review access before sending

Check the gallery's current sharing settings. Depending on the gallery configuration, a client may also need a PIN. If access is disabled or expired, the same link may stop working.

When a client cannot open it

Confirm they have the complete link, that the gallery is available, and that any required PIN is current. For photo delivery, see Share a gallery.
